C'est simple tu as un risque non nul de te retrouver sans permis et ce risque est en constante augmentation !

Donc soi tu respectes toutes les limitations, sans étourderies, soi tu prends des risques de plus en plus grand avec ton permis. Et pour cela il faut te tenir informé des changements de limitations et être TRES attentifs. Du coup cela détourne une grande partie de l'attenton de la conduite proprement dite mais bon c'est un autre débat.

Comme je déteste qu'on aille à l'encontre des droits acquis il faut se défendre.
