Check the ref. on the oil pump witch is in the box and start to phone arround to find out what sort of pump it is, it all depends what the intended use of the engine will be but in case of doubt i would buy a new one. <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
In fact I have 2 pumps
-a QED dry sump pump fitted to the engine( 5 port ) , the remote filter also but the oil pan is missing( on a cat bda in GB <!--emo&:o-->[img]http://www.forum-autoroule.com/html/emoticons/icon_eek.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_eek.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) and I search one but it is difficult ...I can't made a new one and burton price is high, if you can help with blatchat <!--emo&

-For the pump in the box(not fitted, it is a burnam ford?), i think it is an original super sprint, perhaps a high pressure but not sure, and I have the baffled sump, oil cooler and all that, It is more easy for me to install this one in my engine( It cost me only the gaskets), or you are right, buy a new one..if I have a doubt.
