Je pense qu'avec 5000 euros d'astreinte par infraction ils vont pas jouer.....
Déja qu'il faut sortir 100000€ de trésorerie, si en plus l'appel confirme la première instance, ça risquerait de couter cher....

5000 euros d'astreinte c'est qu'a chaque fois qu'ils produisent un modele, ils doivent payer 5000 euros c'est ca?

En musique, chaque samples pompés sur une music sujette aux droits d´auteur, doivent avoir recu l´accord de leur auteur.
