Bon ça y est, c'est réglé !

Appel Me RIO, après exposition des faits, son analyse a été très simple :

- A qui est la voiture ?
- C'est une LLD
- Qui la loue ?
- La société
- Qui est responsable de la Sté ?
- C'est pas moi
- Bon ben pas de problème. Le responsable doit tout nier, ils vont le mencer pour qu'il dénonce, il ne faut rien dire. La punition est seulement d'ordre pécunière, et pour un délit au-dessus de 50 km/ c'est 1.500 €.

J'avais cru comprendre qu'ils pouvaient retirer les points du permis du representant légale (le patron...), en plus de la sanction financiere..

D'après l'avocat, ils ne peuvent rien faire puisque c'est une auto de location donc au nom de la société et par définition, pouvant être conduite à tout moment par n'importe quel salarié de ladite société <!--emo&-->[img]http://www.forum-autoroule.com/html/emoticons/spamafote.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='spamafote.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Il ne peut donc, s'il n'y a pas de délation, y avoir que sanction financière.
